This is a draft, not a final legal document. Book A Bro is currently in pre-launch — this page has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and no bookings, payments, or accounts exist on the platform today. It's published here so early visitors can see the principles the platform is being built on. A finalized version will replace this before any real booking or payment activity goes live.

What Book A Bro is

Book A Bro is a companionship platform for non-sexual, activity-based experiences only — built around Vacation & Travel, Sports & Active, and Social & Experiences use cases. No sexual services are offered, requested, or facilitated on this platform, and any solicitation will result in an immediate and permanent ban once accounts exist.

What this site does today

Right now, bookabro.app is a pre-launch information page. The only action you can take is joining the waitlist (as a prospective Bro or a prospective guest) through our Tally form. We are not currently facilitating bookings, processing payments, or verifying identities — that functionality is still being built, alongside the legal, safety, and payment-provider work described in our public build checklist.

Waitlist participation

Joining the waitlist only shares the information you submit in the form (typically your email address).
We'll use it solely to notify you when Book A Bro launches in your city, and to follow up if you've applied as a Bro.
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time — see Contact in the footer.

Looking ahead: what these terms will cover

Before the platform accepts real bookings, this document will be expanded (with a Dutch lawyer's review) to cover: account eligibility and ID verification, the credits and escrow payment system, cancellation and dispute resolution, host (Bro) independent-contractor terms, and a zero-tolerance enforcement policy against solicitation of sexual services, with clear reporting and ban procedures.
