Non-sexual Use Policy

This is a draft, not a final legal document. It states the principle Book A Bro is being built on. A fully-specified enforcement policy — covering detection, reporting, and the ban process — will be finalized with legal counsel before the platform handles real bookings.

Our position

Book A Bro is a companionship platform for non-sexual, activity-based experiences only. No sexual services are offered, requested, or facilitated on this platform, and any solicitation will result in an immediate and permanent ban once accounts exist. This isn't fine print — it's the reason the platform exists in the form it does.

What Book A Bro is for

Every booking on the platform will fall into one of three categories:

Vacation & Travel — a local host who knows the city, the food, and the fun.
Sports & Active — a running partner, gym buddy, or someone to match your energy.
Social & Experiences — dinners, drinks, and nights out with great company.

What it's not for

Book A Bro is not an escort service and does not facilitate sexual services of any kind. Bros are screened, in part, for their comfort holding boundaries warmly but firmly — this is built into the application process, not left to chance.
