Privacy Policy

This is a draft, not a final legal document. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer for GDPR/AVG compliance. It describes only what this pre-launch waitlist site collects today. Once Book A Bro launches as a real platform — with accounts, ID verification, messaging, and payments — this policy will be rewritten and expanded, with legal review, before that data is ever collected.

What we collect today

Right now, bookabro.app is a single information page with one interactive element: a waitlist form (provided by Tally) that asks for your email address, and optionally a few details if you're applying as a Bro. We don't currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels on this site.

How the waitlist data is used

To notify you when Book A Bro launches in your city.
To follow up if you applied as a prospective Bro.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party processor

Waitlist submissions are collected and stored by Tally (tally.so), who process that data on our behalf. You can review Tally's own privacy practices on their website.

Your rights

You can ask to see what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it at any time, by contacting bookabroapp@gmail.com. We'll action deletion requests directly in Tally.

Looking ahead: what this policy will cover

Before the platform launches, this policy will be rewritten with legal counsel to cover ID verification data, location data, in-app messaging data, payment records, data retention periods, and the full set of rights GDPR/AVG gives you over that information.
